I've just been wondering, I generally drink between 2 and 3 litres of water each day and i know that the limit is 4 litres but what would actually happen if I did drink more than 4 litres one day?? (I haven't but just being nosy really!) lol
Does it just dilute the nutrients etc or does it knock you out of ketosis etc?
