What is everyone eating today?

WI day for me, so physiologically I always try and eat 'light' before WI - stupid I know.

B: Total 0% yoghurt with raspberries, blueberries and vanilla. (All Free)
S: Apple (Free)
L: Either M&S stewing steak (Free) or Heinz Beef Ravioli (1½ Syns)
S: Clemantine
D: Pork steak (Free) breaded (HEB) served with pasta (F) and homemade Tomato Sauce (F)
 
I can't work out whether to do a red or EE day today

so far i've had

Breakfast - a banana(free) and a FF Actimel (1.5syns)
Lunch - Peppered Salmon (free) Lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes
i'll have an apple later and some mango and i have an activial ff in the fridge.

im not sure about tonight. i fancy a jacket spud but maybe i'll save that until tomorrow. hmmm
 
Breakfast- Blew 11 syns on raisin loaf and vlf spread- bliss!
Dinner- Pilchards and sliced tomato on toast HEXB)
Tea- Out for sushi tonight- yummy
snacks- Starbucks skinny sugar free vanilla latte (HEX A), 3 plums
 
I went for the red day, didn't eat the boiled pots with my salad for lunch.

will have steak tonight with my healthy extra b as a jacket potatoe. yeeeeeeeha! i love steak!! FEED LOU LOU STEAK! ;)

This morning I had 2 alpen light bars, copious amounts of fruit up until lunch time, then for lunch I had scan bran and a pot of cottage cheese, shall have some more fruit and a yoghurt in a bit, then for my dinner I shall be having Quorn peppergrilled steaks with beans and SW chips. Yum Yum :D

I have had:

Breakfast - Porriage & SS Milk (HEA)

Lunch - Some left over Chicken cake (yummy yum!!)

Dinner - Cottage pie type meal topped with Carrot & Swede mash, with green beans, sugar snap peas & brocolli

(that had to be the best tasting cottage pie I have ever made too!!)

I have had a sugar free jelly mixed with yoghurt for pudding too!:D

Snacks - grapes & pineapple
 
I made a Quorn curry and now my mouth is BURNING. Silly me. It was delicious though.

The sugar free syrups in Starbucks are free. So I have a sugar free vanilla skinny latte- 'grande' size is 6.5 syns so I have it as my HEX A and just count half a syn!

Dinner - Rump Steak with roasted veggies

Snacks - 2 plums, banana, mug shot 2 activia yogs

Morrisons steak is currently half price off the counter so i have loads and will probably eating this for a few days!! I LOVE STEAK!!

Dinner: Roast Lamb and veg

dinner - think i'll make some kind of quorn pasta after my run

got some tutti frutti collection fruit from tesco, cute name! just has kiwi, grape, pineapple, melon, mangoe, orange and blueberries in it. mmmmmmm

Breakfast - berries and FF activia yoghurt (berry flavour!)

A banana mid morning

Lunch - 3 scrambled eggs, mushrooms and 2 small toast (B)

Dinner - Roast pork (1/3) swede, carrots, broccoli and green beans. 2 syns for gravy.

A choices are milk and cheese. 2nd B choice is 4 ryvita (for the cheese!)

Syns - a Nature Valley trail mix chewy bar 6

I didnt know that you were allowed 2 of each HEX choices on success express!!! I supose i just got use to EE

I did success express the week before last and it worked really well!! Until i went out for my wkend!!

Red Day for me :)

B - 28g porrage with 125ml ss milk

L - Quorn pieces with BBQ sauce (from saucy cook book), & mushrooms fried off in frylight, garlic & chilli flakes

D - Remains of last nights Cottage Pie topped with Swede & Carrot & a helping of broccoli, sugar snap peas & green beans. Actimal yoghurt.

Snacks - grapes, banana's & clementines.
