What is sucess express????

    Hi all, as you know I have been doing slimming world on my own at home for 5 weeks now and have lost 1 stone !! However, I only have a book ( couple years old or so) and was wondering if anyone here would be kind enough to explain how sucess express works for me please........ so perhaps I could give it a go xxxxxx:innocent0001:

    Hi Kymsey, i did Success express a few weeks a go and posted it on another post, I would recommend that if your losing weight at a good rate now save this plan for when you need a boost, i am going to do it when i have a star week, heres a copy of that post......
    As promised the menu i used last week and lost 4lbs. If you don't understand any part of it just give me a shout and i will let you know. My WI is on Tuesday night so on that day i just have toast for Breakfast and a sandwich or salad for lunch. Hex are the same as normal, fruit and yogurt is too, syn values change a bit, i.e if you have for instance a sausage and its 4 syns on red and 7 syns on green or visa versa you have to go for the highest syn value, because you are mixing both red and green on your plate.
    Imagine your plate is a clock face, between 12 and 20 past (1/3) you fill with red or green free foods from 20 past back up to 12 (2/3) you fill with food from your superfree food. Inbetween you can fill up with things from the superfree section of your book. Hope this is understandable.

    Lunch) Jacket Potato, Beans 1/3. Mixed salad 2/3.
    Dinner) Mash 1/3. Quorn & vegetable stew 2/3.
    Supper) 2 Nimble wholemeal bread (B) Laughing cow lights. (A)
    Snacks) 2 Mullerlights and fruit.

    Thursday 9/10/08
    Breakfast) quaker seriously oaty & thick porridge (B) Milk (A) with 1/2 a banana.
    Lunch) Ham & pasta, passata 1/3. Mixed salad 2/3.
    Dinner) Turkey meatballs in sauce 1/3. Vegetables 2/3.
    Supper) Ryvita Minis (B) laughing cow extra lights.(A)
    Snacks) 2 Mullerlights and fruit.

    Friday 10/10/08
    Breakfast) 2 Ryvitas* (B) & Laughing cow extra lights.(A) Yogurt with 1/2 a banana.
    Lunch) Ham & egg toastie (B) 1/3. Mixed salad 2/3.
    Dinner) Boiled Rice 1/3. Vegetable curry 2/3.
    Supper) 2 Ryvitas* (B) laughing cow extra lights.(A)
    Snacks) 2 Mullerlights and fruit.
    *Split 4 Dark rye ryvitas for breakfast and supper*

    Saturday 11/10/08
    Breakfast) 2 toast (B) & Laughing cow extra lights.(A)
    Lunch) Chicken 1/3. Mixed salad 2/3.
    Dinner) Jacket potato & chilli beans in chilli sauce 1/3. Vegetables 2/3.
    Supper) 3 Ryvita* (B) laughing cow extra lights.(A)
    Snacks) 2 Mullerlights and fruit.
    *Sunflower seeds & Oats variety*

    Sunday 12/10/08
    Breakfast) Scrambled egg, mushrooms & quorn sausages 2/3. Baked beans 1/3.
    Lunch) Syn free quiche, (peppers, mushrooms, cottage cheese & eggs) 2/3.Pasta and ham 1/3
    Dinner) Chicken breast, Mushy peas 1/3. Vegetables 2/3.
    Supper) Crunchy bran (B) Milk (A)
    Snacks) 2 Mullerlights and fruit. 2 toast (B)laughing cow extra lights.(A)

    Monday 13/10/08
    Breakfast) 2 Weetabix (B) Milk (A)
    Lunch) Tuna 1/3. mixed salad 2/3.
    Dinner) Turkey meatballs in tom sauce 1/3. Vegetables 2/3.
    Supper) 2 toast (B) & Laughing cow extra lights.(A)
    Snacks) 2 Mullerlights and fruit.

    Don't forget that a third of your plate can be filled with free red and green foods together if you like!
