Feel very guilty for not doing my exercise yesterday but knee was a bit funny and I ended up over eating at the harvester. :-(
Going to the gym today to try and even out the bad ! I used 55 syns last night. Ooops!

Right bit of a naughty weekend so def need to be good next week!!

Mon: Zumba and 1/2 hour walk
Tues: 6 mile cycle
Wed: Zumba
Thurs: 6 mile cycle and 1/2 hour walk
Friday: Squash and 1/2 hour walk
Saturday: Swimming and 40 mins gym
Sunday: rest.

Still havent received my 30 day shred DVD-poop!! :(
