someone posted on another thread when someone was feeling low
it was the pointer sisters "i`m so excited"
it was brill a real lift me up song

i thought of another today
"the only way is up" by Yazz
anyone else got any songs would be nice to have a few on my i pod for when i`m out and in the shops
if i listen to them i wont be tempted to buy food for me

can also play them when i`m on here aswell

Wow what a blast from the past with all those songs and I must admit I love listening to all the above...however I feel that to motivate me I normally listen to sexy R n B songs n they somehow motivate me as they are the type I love to dance to and as I listen to them I picture a new svelte size 12 me getting up close n personal with some fit fella whilst listening to usher hehehehe works a treat for me
