What times do you have your shakes??

I get up at 6 with my little one and am starving so have my first at half 7 then my second about 12-1 then I've always had my last by 6ish but then I'm hungry in the evening - I could really do with one more shake and I'd be fine lol. If your feeling light headed if have it earlier x

I aim to have mine at midday, 4pm and 8pm - trying to spread them out so i feel like i'm having three meals...well. sort of!

It all depends on how I feel but lately with work I'm having mine at 8:30ish, 3/4pm and then 8,9pm. It totally depends on the day for me which is why I don't structure the times I take them. If you feel your light headed try taking in more water also as it helps. X x x

If i'm working its, 6, 1 and 7. On my days off its about 11, 5 and 9.30 but depends on the day
