It's just mayflower curry sauce - you can get it at farmfoods but I ordered my tub from amazon.

For the egg fried rice just fry spring onion & garlic in a wok sprayed with frylight then add cooked rice and soy sauce and mix. Make space in the wok and add a whisked egg. Once that's almost cooked mix it through the rice and serve once the egg is completely cooked.

Slow roast lamb, SW roast tatties, leeks, carrots, peas and roasted onions and butternut squash. And gravy. Lots of. Plus I'll finish that bottle of red that I opened last night. Syns ahoy!

how do you make your sweet chilli chicken? x

I put chicken in an oven proof dish with a clove of garlic, pour on some soy sauce, pepper & a tablespoon of sweet chilli sauce. Mix together then cover with foil and cook for about 25 mins. Slightly adapted from a recipe on SW site as sticking to recipe it was more like a garlic sauce. XX
