last night i cooked cola chicken with smash and veg.
tonight we are having scampi with sw chips and peas

On my own tonight as OH is away until Sunday night, so am having steak, SW chips and leftover veggies from last night's piri piri pork - we threw tons of veg in it so that there would be some left for my lunch today and to go with my steak, so have a piri piri kind of ratatouille!

Might even have to have a sneaky couple of glasses of vino to go with it

My Mum is treating us to a trip to the Harvester as it's coming to the end of her visit (she lives down south) so I'll be filling up on salad and steak! Tea tonight will probably be my healthy extras and a yogurt though

Holiday use UPS for me, so I have two boil in the bag beef and gravy brocolli, cauliflower, mushrooms, and a tin of misjudged peas, but might just take them home...

Roast chicken with actifried potatoes, bns and sweet potato and roast carrots and courgettes and steamed red cabbage. Plus a summer squash but not sure what to do with it???
