Chicken n pumpkin curry sounds delicious - do u have a recipe? X

I got it out of the extra easy cook book but basically
1 onion sliced and fried in fry light.
500g of pumpkin cubed and added to onions when they are soft.
2 tblsp curry powder
400g chopped tomatoes.
Cook for 3/4 minutes then add 200ml light coconut milk and simmer til pumpkin is soft.

I added a chicken breast, mushrooms and spinach but the recipe was just onions and pumpkin.
Serves 4 2.5 syns per portion. I guess for the coconut milk.
It's really nice.
