My delicious dinner tonight. Lean pork loin braised with red onion, courgette, mushrooms and green beans in beef stock pot. Seasoned with celery salt and cayenne pepper

It was really nice from the taste of Asia book. Will cook it again but reduce the stock as a bit liquidy. Cooked it for my mum and husband and they both enjoyed it to.
