    Well here I am. Been struggling for a good few weeks now and really have to get myself into gear!!! I weigh in Wednesday night so my new week starts thurs morning. I only have three days left this week obviously so have 45 syns to count down til weds night and gonna be flexi with my syns (as have already had them all this morning lol). Please any advice or views would be good!!!

    Ok so far today.....

    11am Very late breakfast
    Seriously strong cheddar cheese didn't measure :-( but only small amount (HE A)
    2 plain bagels (27.5syns)
    2 tablespoons lurpak lighter (8syns)
    Can of coke (7syns)

    Activia rasberry snackpot (free)
    Rasberries (superfree)

    Is this looking ok?? Apart from obvious things like bagels and jam roly poly. Both of which I'm glad to say are gone so no more temptation. WI in 2 hours excited!!!!

    Thankyou. No do a mixture of green and extra easy (just edited posts as forgot to put in what im doing apart from mon! Oops). Love extra easy as it's so easy but like green days as you get extra healthy extras. Anyway need to start getting ready- will report back later. :) thanks again- your the only person who's posted :-( lol

    No problems. We're here to help each other. I've just started my own diary today too. I'm also doing EE and Green so will keep an eye on you to see if we're roughly the same.

    Good work Missus. So your menus are working. You must be thrilled with that. Are you exercising as well or just food optimising? Pray tell. I've not had a loss bigger than 2lbs yet.

    Lol luckily I am female!! Havnt really been doing any specific exercise. Just normal walking- using a pedometer to count steps. Only did around 5,000 Monday and same again Tuesday. Did nothing today as home all day. Planning to start gym/swimming though this week to help boost weightloss. Gonna go and have a mosey at ur diary now. Lol
