Which class?

    Diet:
    Calorie counting and exercise
    I have legs like a german shotputter and would realyl like to slim and tone them down, will a step class do this or will it just make my legs bigger! I seem to be losing all my weight from my hips but non above or below!!

    I'm going to do a boxercise class as I know that's menat to be quite good for toning the arms, from when Iused to do a home exercise video of it a few years ago.

    If not the step class can anyone suggest one that helps.

    I am getting down to my last bit
    and at long last my legs are getting better I think it happens last for people with big legs.
    give it time............

    Hello Helen,

    I'm sure you will lose it in your legs. Most people in my group lost it in their legs last. But when you do it really does come off. I've never had it come off in my legs on other diets before.

    When I have a trainer he said to do a lot of cardio to lose fat and walking helps
