Wholemeal roll & Venison Burgers

Hi all,

Need a little help please, got venison burgers from the butchers so not quite sure how to syn these?

also going to have it on a wholemeal roll that my partner has got from the bakery, how do i syn anything above 60g for me HexB?

The venison ones you cant really work out as we cant have anu idea what fat content theyve got. These are a few venison burgers from syns online:

Tesco, Venison Burgers, twin pack, chilled, 114g each 1
Sainsbury's, Taste the Difference Venison Burgers, twin pack, chilled, 150g each 3½
Asda, Extra Special Venison Burgers, twin pack, chilled, 114g each 2½
Marks & Spencer, The Grill Venison & Sweet Red Onion Burgers, twin pack, chilled, 142g each 1

All I can suggest is work out an average from those and then weigh yours and calculate the equivalent.

Bread is just 1 syn per 20 calories, so weigh the extra bit you use and then work it out from the calories on the bread packet info.
