I went to ASDA with my daughter today.
We both tried on some clothes. I fit into size 12 trousers and tops!!!

I said, "look, look, it's only size 12!"
She said, "yeah so?"
I said, "I was a size 18 when I first started dieting"
She said, "This is an 8 and look how baggy it is on me, I could probably fit a 6, they're way oversized"

/me sighs

Aww! I have a pair of jeans that are one of my dieting goals, and they're an 18, like all my jeans, but I can barely get my legs into them! They're a 14 at most, I swear...

And unless you and your daughter try the exact same clothes it's hard to tell... Not all asda clothes are oversized it depends on the supplier and the cut of the item of clothing... Sometimes I'm an 18 there other times a 20 and a few weeks back I bought a size 22 top (before starting LT) which didn't fit! It just about looked right on my size 16 sis!! Don't get disheartened as 18 to 12 is a massive achievement! You should be very proud!!
