Hi all xxx

I've completed my first week of SS+ without too many difficulties (apart from the expected headache etc).

However last night - first day of week 8 - started taking cravings for carbs and absolutely dying to eat something carb-related today. It's approaching lunch time... and I'm dreading it :(

You know you can do it.....!

Yes you can have something to eat but is it worth it?

have a hot drink and go and do something at lunch time like go for a walk.

Thanks - you said about a hot drink, haven't had one of them since I started this as don't drink coffee and take sugar in tea so won't do that on the diet... wonder if a can of Coke Zero would help with the craving - what do you think???

You can have artificial sweeteners in your tea (tablet form only). xx

Unfortunately the arse is still there. I'm a pear so although I'm a 14 on top I'm not quite a 16 on the bottom, more like 17 i think :). Have you got any of the savoury veg drink, I've only just started having it but find it really helps when I get a craving, wish I'd bought it sooner.xx

Sound of that puts me off! I read some of the reasons to lose weight and had my soup... have had about 2 sips of Coke Zero - never was a drink so appreciated lol!! Thanks for your support peeps - love this site xxx
