Back from the Pharmacy (stratigically placed in rough neighbourhood inside a Londis)

And i have shifted 3.1 lbs this week and a total of 15 lb in 2 weeks, so pleased with my 1 stone 1lb loss

Have heard the girlies mention TOTM can effect your losses so was expecting a lower loss this week .
