Judi, I got my blue band, its so much better, I can really feel it working especially the shoulder raises.

Have changed to medium intensity now, I feel great doing it at the moment. Tomorrow is rest day and then I've got workouts xmas day and boxing day which will make any indulgences worth it. I've got a slinky blue dress to wear tomorrow evening when OH and I go out so I hope my work so far pays off a little.

I've not been on my wii for ages. I have the new game, Your Shape, so will be giving that a go soon and may start a new 30 day challenge as I'm sure my 30 days are up!
 
Hi peeps, thought i'd join in too!!

Got the ea sports personal trainer for xmas and done 2 days only so far and missed 2 I think but i'm about to get it switched on now and get back into it. I'm on low intensity to build my fitness up and will inturn increase to med then high.

But what i've done so far i've really enjoyed. I don't have the balance board to use with it, does anyone recommend having the board to get the best out of it or is it just as good without.

I never used the board with the original one, I wouldn't buy it specially. I have been using it with more workouts but it doesn't make alot of difference.
 
Hi all, Happy New Year, Happy New You!!

Tried keeping up with my schedule but have missed a day during my 30day challenge. I just keep telling myself anything is better than nothing.
I have had the wii board added to the workouts but its never been used so not sure what its like.
Going to be chosing the different pre-set workouts from now take it a step futher and work myself harder.

hi i'm doing lt (second time around) starting today i bought the wii fit when i came off lt in sept and loved it, but unfortuneatly i let food in the door and wii fit out the window, so hopefully can get in new routine today, looking forward to reading all your experinces and advice with the 30 day challange
 
Day 9/60. Full body , lots of squats :eek: but 150cals! The round the island jog alternates between a "light" jog and "sprint" to pass the runners in front. It doesn't half get your heart rate up!
