I've been reading a few posts and 'think' I've just about worked out a plan but I just wanted to check if this would work.
So down days I wasn't planning on eating just having tea and squash, I don't eat veg other than sweetcorn and cucumber so its probably easier for me just to not have food.
Sun 17.00 - Mon 17.00 - DD
Mon 17.00 - Tue 17.00 - UD
Tue 17.00 - Wed 17.00 - DD
Wed 17.00 - Thur 17.00 - UD
Thur 17.00 - Fri 17.00 - DD
Weekend - UD

I'm going to aim for about 2000cals on my ud

I have about 12-14stone to lose and desperatly need to find something that will work and that I can stick too.
