Wk 7 Weigh in - 1st week on 1000 step

    Hi guys,

    Well I thought that by moving up the steps my losses would stop or even gain. something that sort of had been confirmed last week with the low loss.

    well you could have knocked me down with a bag of very heavy feathers when I weighed this morning and by god.

    5LBS loss. Oh My Go, I was not expecting that. Chuffed is not the word not only have I continued to lose it while going up the steps Ive now hit both my mini target of going under 19 Stone. but the more inportant to me ive now lost a Increadable 200lbs since last july.

    Im just 3 lbs away from being OVERWEIGHT and thats is just unthinkable.

    Wow thats amazing well done :D:D:D:D:D!!! you'll be there in no time! Its great to see you doing so well on the higher stages as i am quite reluctant to move in incase i put weight on but seeing you do so well has settle my nerves a bit :D well done :D

    I said to my kids when I came down from obese to overweight that I was going to run down the street shouting "Woooooohoooooooo, I'm OVERWEIGHT", but they didn't think it was a good idea
