WMBB: Healthy Eating 8 Week Challenge commences 12/4/10

Well done your doing great and a good example to us who have lots to lose.

I get bored too on the treadmill and make myself do it I think I need to turn it round to face a TV as musics good but I do get bored lol

Maybe we could take it in turns all of us on our team being leader what do you think? Maybe ask everyone?

Yeah sure I don't mind I just thought i'd offer the team leader position to you as we seem to be the most addicted to minimins lol and you have stuck to the plan for 8 weeks which is a massive achievment!! Welldone a million!! I tried to coax lil miss sunshine back into the team today but she's having a hard time getting back on the wagon!

I'm also bored of music on the treadmill now so am going to turn it around so it faces the T.V, but last time I did that I got so into Desparate Housewives that I got distracted and fell off haha!

Hi I dont get on here very much at the weekends and only a couple of hours during the day so I dont think me being leader would work ,Vanda a good empathtic wwer maybe ask her?
Hows the weekend been? Ok? Ive been busy and just got to come on here for a little while off in a min bath for girls uniform ironing ...... My scales arent being kind? Ive stuck to plan 100% exercised more and drank fluids any idea? I am doing fast start tomorrow for a week if I havent lost over 1lbs as I have alot to go.
Your doing well hope work lessens a bit for you
What snack a jacks do you have as the oens my daughter have are 1.5 ponts?

I eat the big snack a jacks, they're 1pt each. You may still have lost I wouldnt worry yet :).My weekend has been ok thank you, got three days off now which is nice :). Hope you have a good evening! I will message Vanda seeing as she also comes on here alot :).
