I am feeling really down at the moment, I am down to the last few lb and dont seem to be able to shift it...
I have joined the gym and although not yet toning so as not to build muscle,
thinking I should just work up the plans and get off CD as soon as possible, but then another part of me wants to hang on to it, so now I am really getting down as I dont think I will ever reach my original 10 stone goal.
