Hi there just wondering if you can help i've been doing green days and only managed to have one Healthy extra B each day i'm sure if i made an effort i could fit another in but until then is it a problem do you think. thanks x
If your entitled to it then why not hsve it?
If you don't fancy it as bread or cereal maybe try using it as olive oil or Philadelphia or dried fruit.
I enjoy doing green/ red as I like having two HE A's and B's.
