Tuesday 8 June: Red

Feel like I'm failing a bit this week. Plan on being good but then after some rubbish days at work, I've been comfort eating. Sigh....i'll try and be good now. I need to be 100% cos I wanna see if I lose anything. I feel all yucky and bloated and minging. Ughhhhhh!

Wednesday 9 June: Green

I am now officially back on plan 100%. I have moved my "syn bin" which has all my chocolate/crisps/naughty foods in to somewhere that is very hard to reach and won't be bringing it back down til Saturday... where I am only going to have 10 syns daily with daily exercise...only drinking on a Friday or Saturday night if I'm out with the girls, and if not, just be extra good. I think I have my SW mojo back :) wish me luck...hope I can pull this round and get a loss on Sat! Fingers crossed...

Had to change from an EE day to green because someone (my dad) ate all my food! Grr!
Also, if anyone has any different breakfast/lunch/dinner ideas (all EE) can you let me know? I've got a basic plan below but feel I need to mix things up a bit. Ideas greatly appreciated :)

I may be good at planning but sticking to it is a whole different matter :) though I find if I plan, I can do my weekly shop without buying too many naughty things!!
 
the trouble I have is I do a monthly shop with trips to buy salad, fruit and bread in the week. So I have to just buy random stuff and hope I can make dinner with it!

Your salmon dinner sounds delicious, I *heart* salmon but don't have it that often!

You have a lot of exercise built in for the next week, it looks fab!! I am going to start doing half an hour/an hour Wii Fit a couple of times a week aswell as walking to baby group and doing more walking with the pram of a weekend. Do you have Wii Fit Plus? I love it, I am so competitive I have to keep doing the exercises over and over again to try & beat my score!!

I agree Sara...the Salmon did SOUND delicious...and I'm sure it would have been if someone (my dad) hadn't eaten it...so had to change my day to green and have pasta. Marched him to asda and he bought me some more though so gonna have it tomorrow :)

Yeah I have a wii fit plus...I mainly do the running though, find it really tires me out! xx

Last day before WI. Making it a Red one and then from Sat-Fri is an EE week :D..feeling WI will be bad..it's * week and I feel like I've been a human bin. I'm very determined to stick to plan next week though, and I have no sociable plans at all so alcohol defo will not be involved :D

Feeling really positive today....think I'm ready to get back on plan 100%....

Had a nice day today even though I've been in work. The sun is shining and I'm happy.

WI tomorrow, I know it'll be bad as its * week and I've ate and ate and ate, but from tomorrow, I am going to do a full week of EE, stay on plan 100%...only have up to 10 syns a day (with an exception of next Friday when I'm having 15). Even going to have a takeaway (Chinese - beef & mushroom curry only 4.5 syns!!) tomorrow night while watching the footie...that'll be my only vaguely naughty thing all week and even that's on plan really :) no alcohol til next Friday!

Going to try and up my exercise but I know when it's my TOTM I am really lazy and don't want to do anything.

Fingers crossed for a great week!!!!
 
Ahh boo...I'll have chicken chow mein instead :)

Ughhh...it has just been brought to my attention that the noodles I've been using are 4 syns per packet :( grrrrrrr!!!! Still, no harm done really, still under the 15 daily syns. So much for sticking to 10 or less syns a day!! Oh well! Have amended yesterday and today's syns to 14 each day...4 over what I was supposed to be sticking to! Big grr's lol!
