Pay day tomorrow, ROLL ON! Feel really run down today. I'm boiling hot, I'm shakey, headachey, with a sore throat, back and neck :( is it home time yet?!

My last day of following the SW 7-day plan. I don't feel or look any thinner :(

Thats my week over following the SW 7-day eating plan...and now I'm at a total loss what to plan from now on. Someone design me an EE menu :( I'm stuck!!

SW Magazine ideas are the best :D I now have a plan from tomorrow to next Friday. May be quite expensive but oh well!

Wednesday 30 June: EE

Pay day, food shopping day :) My plan from today to Friday is to have been 5-10 syns a day, and don't go over! Then from Saturday have 6 (because I'm at a BBQ on Sunday and I'm totally off plan for the full day, so thinking 6 syns for the rest of the week apart from Sun will be okay!)

Booked driving lessons starting on Monday, need to do them again and pass before my theory runs out in Nov! Wish me luck! I miss driving!

Wanna know something....I don't even want any choc today :eek: I dunno whats wrong with me!! I think it's because I've been busy tonight. I made sure I kept myself busy - made my lunch for tomorrow, went food shopping, showered and then booked my driving lessons :D exciiittted for Monday! I really want to pass. I've done 3 tests already (last year before I got made redundant/had no money), but failed all of them because I totally freak and stress out when I do my test. I always fail on reverse around the corner, or parking. Other than that my driving is apparently good...so I wanna get back into the swing of things and pass asap and buy a beautiful fiat 500 (possibly 500c)...wish me luck...need to pass before November....eeeeeeek!

I'm over excited tonight for some reason. Need to come down so I can go to bed and sleeeeeeep! x
 
Friday 2 July - EE

Friidaaay :D at looong last. Cannot wait til 4pm so I can come home! Been sleeping amazingly week this week, a proper deep sleep (with extremely odd dreams)...so when I wake up I'm really grumpy cos I don't wanna get up, and hot cos it's so muggy. Ugh! Excited for this weekend though :D I'm dyeing my hair tonight (myself because I'm skint), getting my hair cut tomorrow (probably just a trim unless anyone has any ideas!?), then at a BBQ on Sunday for my friends 22nd (must NOT eat or drink much). Then I'm off on Monday :D going to hopefully join the gym and have my first driving lesson in over a year :eek:

Think I've given my natural high away - feeling yucky and fat and bloated today :( does not bode well with WI in the morning!:wave_cry:

* get doing the sit ups with me, go for 200 :)
* It'll get everything moving! get on the cross trainer if your feeling particularly energetic!

Hehe thanks Allie. Though whilst reading this, I'm sitting with a bottle of Diet Coke :rolleyes: I finished all my squash at work and there's nothing else to drink!!

But I am staying on plan, and I'll do some sit ups when I get home later :) and I went on a little campus trek at lunch, walked around the full campus as quickly as I could! Better than nothing!
