Yay have maintained for one whole month!!

I have worked up the steps and have managed to stay between 10 4 and 10 6 - how happy am I?

Now doing a combo of ww and cd - basically ww with one pack - I decided that 2 points with vits and minerals were better for me than 1 and a half empty calories from a ww bar!! also have porridge some mornings!!:)

It can be done - here is to the next month

Just went through your facebook pics, you look great! It is amazing to see the before and after pics, it always looks like a different person.
I found that when I got off CD last year weight didn't creep back although I (naughty!) didn't go through steps. This time I will go through the steps and do same thing you do - use ww recipes (which I like anyway) to stay on my target weight.
