I have worked up the steps and have managed to stay between 10 4 and 10 6 - how happy am I?
Now doing a combo of ww and cd - basically ww with one pack - I decided that 2 points with vits and minerals were better for me than 1 and a half empty calories from a ww bar!! also have porridge some mornings!!
It can be done - here is to the next month
