Yuck - Chocolate Scanbran cake

I like the choccy scan-bran cake. Esp with topping made from quark, sweetener and a white choc flavour options. I tend to warm it through in the microwave and have LOTs of the topping.

The recipe I use has 1 oz cocoa, 1 tbsp golden syrup, 5 scan bran, 3 eggs and half a mug of sweetener. It smells and tastes sweet and chocolatey, and is very comforting as a warm pudding in this nasty cold weather. You do have to syn the cocoa and syrup, but I think they add to it. The ones using options that I tried weren't chocolatey enough for me.
