Friday update! Not much of an appetite today

Breakfast
1 small bag of grapes 0 points

Lunch
3 ryvitas 3 points
Low fat spread cheese 4 points
Total 7 points leaving me with 19 which is good as Im at the in laws tonight and they are making chilli, yum!
 
Monday update!
So, had a ok but little bit naughty weekend, not gonna stress about it too much, as long as Im good during the week I don't mind

Gonna have an extremely naughty weekend this week as its my 20th birthday and I have two meals and two nights out planned, uh oh! Friday we are at a Chinese with my other halves family and Saturday we are at a restraunt with my family and friends, we plan on going for drinks after both meals! However I will drink diet coke with my jack daniels hehe

Im gonna try and eat only 24 pro points through the week to compensate

So far today I've had:

Breakfast
1 banana 0 points

Lunch
1 apple 0 points
Low fat yogurt 2 points
2 ryvita 2 points
Low fat spread cheese 3 points
Total so far today 7 points, total remaining 17 points.

Not too sure what to expect at weigh day tomorrow!

Only 7 weeks until my holidays, woo!

We all have occasions parties holidays etc we have to deal with whats important is how you deal with it ok you may put on a couple of lbs as long as you dont let it get to you and you get back on plan and lose it again what does it matter you cant ruin special occasions by trying to diet through them you will only resent it and be more likely to give up .
