    I do use all of mine every week. Then if my losses slow down I can reduce the amount of syns I use to kickstart losses again if i need to. Everyone has their own way that works for them, so if using all your syns is working for you then keep going.

    My C says you can do one or all of them, as long as you don't change your mind half way through the day, for example have a green breakfast then decide to do red or EE at lunch time. But mixing them up is fine.

    It's 5 syns for 28g, so quite high, but I really like them, I make them quite small so get 2 small dumplings for the 5 syns. I've also used the ready made stuff which is 1 syn for 28g, but I like the seasonings in it, which you can't add with the ready made stuff.

    I had that the other night... we roasted the lightly smoked salmon with some baby plum tomatoes, red onion cut into wedges, mushrooms, mixed peppers and courgette... and seasoned well... It was REALLY good and the juices from the veg kept the salmon nice and tender.

    it costs £4.95 a week and £10 to register. As for how much you lose.. well how long is a piece of string? It depends if you stick to it 100%, how much you have to lose and lots of other things. but 1-2lb a week is about average.

    Yes they are free on EE providing 1/3 of the plate is super free. Potatoes, peas and sweetcorn are not classed as super free. so have 1/3 of the plate protein, 1/3 carbs and the other 1/3 with super free veg/salad.

    You could bypass the tomato puree syns by using passata instead of puree and tinned tomatoes, it's thicker than chopped tomatoes and makes a lovely rich sauce for free:)

When asking the question of the day, if we've had losses then she'll say the amount lost and the total lost but if we've had a gain she just asks us the question. So we know it was a gain for that person, but better than HEARING it and she never says the amount.

    I just made a cheesy pasta with mine. warm the quark (don't let it boil or it will curdle), a little water and stir in 28g parmesan (HEA) and add mushroom, onions and any other veg you want, and then add the pasta to it. I had mine with 2 salmon fillets placed on top of my tagliatelle:)
