    One thing to think about Hun, is that since you've had baby your shape has changed. Clothes that I used to fit into in the boob department are like curtains on me! I would certainly have a back up plan just in case, but I cant see there being a reason why you cant loose 1 stone in 8 weeks.

    Asda wholemeal pitta bread is the only one that you can have as a HeB and you can still get it in the supermarkets. Try and fill up on more fruit and veg if you can to bulk things out and make sure that you are varying the types of food that you eat. Good luck! x
