    One thing to also be careful of is that not all the Hea's and Heb's are the same on an EE day. What I mean is that something that you could have on a Green day for example, may not be on the EE list. If you have access to the SW website, have a look Hun. x

    I am so sorry to read of your loss Hun. Please dont weigh yourself at home. Stick to the class scales and this will show the true weight reflection. As others have said, all scales weigh differently and unless you have your scales sent away for calibration they are not going to be accurate...

    I only have 1 HeA and have 2 HeBs. You can have the extra HeA if you feel the need for it, however, you should really have the 2 HeB's as an every day thing. Have a look at the food diary section to give you some ideas of the things that you can have.

    I get the random cravings when its * week and I also bloat too :( I throw in a few more EE days (normally have 5-6 Red days and 1 EE a week) to give me the carb fill. Just remember to drink plenty of water (sounds silly considering you bloat), but can guarantee you will get a good loss.

    These things happen Hun, certainly dont beat yourself up over it as the others have said. Just make sure that for the rest of the week you eat super speed foods, drink plenty of water and reduce syns to 5 a day. If you are only going over by 15 syns it could have been a lot worse!!! Its done...

    When could you FEEL/SEE the loss?

    I started the plan at 21 stone 7 lbs and am currently 13 stone. Even though my clothes from my start weight are hanging off me (gone from 28/30 to 12/14/16), I still see my self as large and its going to take a long time before I can see my self as smaller than before!

    Like all scales that arent calibrated, they will give different readings, depending on what time of day it is, if you have drunk/eaten a lot and also if you weigh on carpet in a different spot!

    I have done them both. I think you have to seriously think about what you could continue to follow say in 2 years time. For me SW won hands down! I can adapt so many meals to suit me and my family and I dont even think of this as a diet....never have! Good luck with your decision!

    Another thing to remember is that your home scales are not callibrated regularly if at all, so will vary in the weight. SW scales have to be callibrated regularly so should always give you are true reading.

    Frozen fruit

    I buy Asda frozen raspberries, blueberries, cherries and mango. I separate them into little food bags and then freeze them individually. I normally have mine defrosted with a mullerlite yoghurt over the top and a little sweetner.
