    Guess what...I'm starting a fresh from today! I have a meal out on Fri and family events at the weekend, so will prob just eat sensibility over the weekend but at least I'm making a start and sticking to it this week.

    Hi, It depends what plan you are on. You can have either 4 shakes (or any STW product) or 3 shakes and a meal is how they advertise it. I tend to have 3 shakes a day.

    So my LBT class was more of a HITT class, I was knackered and a bit lightheaded. Maybe that class on 2 shakes all day isn't a great idea. Might have to just stick to jogging or cycling in the gym. What does everyone else do exercise wise?

    Had mushroom soup tonight and it was yummy, really creamy and tasty. Also just had one of the milk chocolate bars. That was delicious, and felt nice to actually chew something! Hardest part was making cottage pie for my hubby...hopefully it will be worth it when I'm thin ? How's everyone else's...

    I had vanilla for breakfast and hazelnut for lunch and just did them with cold water. Has anyone tried the porridge? Seeing as cals are the same for all products, was thinking maybe porridge for breakfast and soup for lunch and dinner it might not feel as much like a diet.

    I just get a pork loin joint and put it straight in the slow cooker on its own (no water or anything) and put it on medium heat all day while I'm at work so it cooking for about 10 hours. It goes really tender and just falls to pieces, you struggle to get it out the cooking pot! It is very yummy...

    I'd be happy with a stone too, or just less flabby arms bad a flatter stomach, oh and just the 1 chin! Ha ha My PT is bringing her tape measure on Monday to do y measurements to see how I lose/tone doing exercise. I don't really mind what I weigh, just what size I am and how I look.

    I do pulled pork in the slow cooker, just put a loin joint straight in, no liquid, and leave it on Medium for around 10 hours. By the time I get home from work it just falls to pieces, very tender, no fat and yummy!

    Well I've eaten kebabs, pizza and chips, wine, sausage sandwich and McDonald's this weekend. Did 2 fast days and stuck to 1200cals for the other week days, not been to the gym either and I've STS. Maybe this diet does work, as if I'd have been flowing SW still I'm sure I'd have had a big gain.

    Had a busy day today and had the family still round at tea time, they all decided to get pizza. I decided to be strong and not join then so did poached egg on toast for myself, and I really enjoyed it. Might have to be a quick easy tea more often!

    Mines full lace panel on the back so its needs to for right or else the lace will pull. I want to lose another 1.5 stone so think ill order dress in size I am now and just get it altered. Don't want to be stressing that its not going to fit! Lol.

    Just been out for a meal with my fiancé. We've been together 10 years today so went out to celebrate. Eaten all the wrong food and drank wine. God knows how many calories/syns I've had today! Gym at 9 in morning to try and work some of it off.

    Cheaper shops tend to be smaller sizes. I wouldnt worry about it, people don't see the label and know what size your wearing, they just see how fab your looking!

    Giving the 5:2 diet a try - got nothing to lose!!!

    It's my first week on the diet. WI on Monday and I've been having a light lunch (cup a soup or small plain salad) which has been around 70cals and having a bigger meal in the evening. Ill let you know of Monday if its worked or not. How have you been getting on?

    I'm trying to stick to 1200 during the week so I can have about 2000 on a weekend and be a bit more relaxed and hopefully still lose weight. Got a real nice salad with tuna and egg for lunch tomorrow, looking forward to lunch. How sad is that! Lol.
