    You will be fine, I had a few blips on the way and I have now just got to target so if I can do it - so can you!! What kept me from heavily cheating was telling myself how much money it was costing me and to cheat was just to chuck the money down the drain. That worked for me!! xx

    Hi! I have just "treated" myself to a Brita water filter jug. This has helped me drink the volume of water by just keeping it out at room temperature and just making sure I have the 2/3 lts a day.     Hardest part for me, on SS.

    I got a "manual" shaker from my CDC but to be honest I dont use a great deal. I always use an electric hand blender which gets rid of the lumps. Either add ice to make them ice cold or have them hot. Dont do lumps and room temperature! Good luck - first few days are hard but it does get easier...
