    aww don't worry about it! everyone has gains sometimes, the most important thing is that you don't dwell on it and let it pull you down. In my experiences this normally leads to me feeling crap and more binges with me xx

    I've found turkey to be really good value for money. Made a cassarole with half a pack of turkey steak which came to around 50p per portion - big portions too! would probably strech further if having it with mash etc on an EE day

    Not too sure really! I can definitely see the similarly between it and porridge. Maybe it was because I boiled it with water not milk, and only added the milk later. Or maybe it just wasn't to my taste :)

    I was just wondering if anyone knows is its essential to have 2 HE's on a red/green day? So for example if I plan for a green day, but only manage 1 of each HE, do you think this would negatively effect my weight loss? Like doing an EE day but eating no red-free food? xx

    me too, but I think if you made your own with the same ratios as fry light then it would be the same syns. You just have to shake it well before use as it it won't have any of the additives that fry light has to keep it smooth
