    Will WI tomorrow, felt a little fat this morning, belt just felt a little tight. Jumped on the scales in the gym and was 100kg in phys kit so not to worried.

    Well starting to get back into a gym routine. Went twice this week so far. 3.66km in 19mins on Tuesday, and 5km in 25 mins today. Did a little bit of weights to strengthen my shoulder. DD today currently eating between 600-800 cal on a DD.

    TSing, was good but really hard to stick to. JUDDD is so much easier to stick to, it's so flexible if you have eating thing going on in your life. I found TS easier when MRS 8391 was doing it too. Now I can do my down days on days Mrs 8391 is at work.

    Same here, I made a mascapone sauce yesterday and couldnt scrap the last of the mascapone off the spoon, no body wanted to lick it clean but it felt such a waste to wash it away. I was good and plunged it into dirty dish water before I got to tempted.

    Sorry cant help with the sheperds pie as I only add a little black pepper and a little extra mint and find it quite nice. Good luck finding something to do with it. I know what it is like to have a product you dont like. (for me it is the toffee caramel shake, it has a horid after taste)

    Day 15 cont, Had the curry for tea, added a little ground ginger, some fresh corriander leaf & 6 button mushrooms. It tasted divine, also had some orange and blackcurrent water. looking forward to getting back in the gym tomorrow.

    Its my nemesis on a normal low fat diet. I decided that as it is low carb I would have a little tonight. I tried to find a low carb pudding in the supermarket but could only find WW yougart, but it had Citric acid in it so I didn't want to take the chance.
