    I don't understand this either as I have done both LL and exante (because it was cheaper) and both say no citric acid in drinks.     I've not really done lunches as I like to eat with my husband in the evenings. I've done a couple of fry ups for breakfast.....for lunches I have had soup a couple of time which I made at home and took to work on a thermos flask, I guess meat salads otherwise!

    Oh my god me too! The most I can manage is 3 days and then it all goes wrong. Today someone brought goodies in for their birthday and I couldn't help myself :( I have 3 lb to go and just seem to keep sabotaging myself.     Just got back from a three day boot camp with some of the girls from my lighter life group. It was brilliant fun, we had life coaching, personal shopper, yoga class, hot tub, out door team building and loads f fun and games.

    Its a bit annoying that you don't get any of the weight loss equipment if you are on LL Lite. I gently moaned a bit and got the pedometer and the fit ball!!

    First session was good. Very relaxing although I spent the whole time thinking to myself...."I can open my eyes, I'm not hypnotised" but when I tried I couldn't, weird! Going back in two weeks for another session....will have to wait and see if it works

    I try not to have my first until 9am but the last few days I've been munching a bar one the way to work at 7am and by 11am I'm starving! I'm in ketosis according to the stix but I still seem to get hungry.... :(

    Well done spangly, I found it hard to choose a goal too. I guess it's a balance between feeling good about and being healthy, and the effort required to maintain. If I had to live on lettuce and be down the gym every day I'd be miserable even if I was thin!!!

    Mine puts up and shuts up! He gets fed LLL meals at dinner time but the rest of the day he does what he wants. He has lost over a stone since I've been on LLL just through us not having take away and taking salads to work for lunch.

    If you are unsure you should discuss with your LLC. Remember you don't have to eat it all! 300g of chicken is a lot! I split my protein allowance and have half meat and half peas or lentils or an egg :)

    I agree with SB I Have done SW and WW in the past and got bored with it and put weight back on. LL has been so quick I'm still motivated and adamant that it will stay off. At the end of the day I don't think it's anything to do with the way you lose the weight (as long as it's controlled)...

    I couldn't eat any thing greasy before I did LL as that seems to be my IBS trigger. I had serious IBS symptoms when I went back to food before Xmas. Any time I ate something even the slightest bit fatty I felt rotten. Good for keeping the weight off I guess, but not fun!!

    I found body combat classes good to burn a few calories and tried to stay off bread. Pasta and rice are ok for me but I tend to pile on the lb if I have lots of bread.

    I drank Lots of green tea when I had flu before xmas as i dont like lemsips and such. Night nurse and day nurse are the best pills that I found and should help your throat. Hope you feel better soon

    I've only done lite and it worked for me. I still got into ketosis so I had good losses 2-3lb per week and it meant going out to restaurants was still enjoyable as long as you research the menu first. I guess it would get you used to eating in a controlled manner, but so does RTM! Not much help...
