    Fruitarian.....???

    Anyone here ever tried a fruitarian diet? or no of someone who has? Basically you eat only fruits,nuts,seeds... when hungry until satisfied I was reading up on it and see if causes 'severe weightloss' just curious

    How many calories burnt is too many???

    I weigh different on different flooring. My scales are the basic cheap sort, non-digital. Should i weigh on carpeted floor upstairs or concreted floor downstairs? Thanks

    Correct me if im wrong but...

    i count calories, and as long as i stay within them(1500) each day i will loose weight? What about the fat? If i was to eat chocolate,crisps etc, would i still loose? also, do i have to stop eating by a certain time? Thanks x
