    Should we start a little thursday group? What do you all think to Thurs as a weigh in day? I like it as I feel it keeps me motivated to have a good weekend. And I also like having something to do on a thrusday night, it seems to make the weekend come around that bit quicker! :)

    What bread do you go for?

    I currently have the WW malted danish (first LF bread I've had) and I had a turkey ham and cucumber sandwich with it today and it was lovely! :) 64p in Tescos, (my branch doesn't have Nimble at all, so I went for WW) and I would definitely reccomend it and have it again. :)

    God I feel so guilty..

    I find that I have EE days where I have to re check if my meals are really ok! I had 2 really big eating days on EE this week, and was doubtful it would allow me to lsoe weight. But I lost 3lb!! So don't feel guilty at all. It does make me consider portion size a lot more though, as it's not...

    I'm a Thursday weigher. Just got back from my 2nd meeting (1st WI). Was an awesome meeting, everyone bought in soups, which were lovely, and I met some really great people, had a lovely time. Oh..and I lost 3lb!! :D

    Sneaky weigh-ins...

    I'm a member of the every morning club! It's jsut habit, get up, have a wee, weigh myself. It helps to really keep me on track. I know that it can go up and down from day to day, so I don't beat myself up over it changing. But I have good inner peace when I know that I'm on top of it each day.

    I did pretty well on core the weeks I did it. But preffered points. Core did make you eat really healthily though! That's what I like about SW, it is a lot like core, and really makes me feel like I'm making healthy choices, whereas I learnt on the WW points plan how to eat quite naughty stuff...

    Syns Help

    Is there a way to work out how many you should have a day? In my welcome pack it says between 5 & 15, and that your leadder will tell you how many, but our leader jsut says "around 10" so I've been careful not to go over 10 a day. But - is it a more scientific thing?
