    yes normally you are checked at your weight in to see if you are in ketosis. The bars count as a pack - so have one bar a day instead of a pack.

    Underactive Thyroid and weightloss

    yes I get mine checked every year to make sure I'm on the right dose. Was every six weeks at one point. Only funny thing - didn't take the thyroxine for years when I was in my 20s - felt fine and was at my thinnest for most of that time....bizarre!

    Body Magic

    I go to the gym and doing the recumbent bike and also the treadmill - started out barely running a mile - now run 3 miles each time - has taken me about a year to work up to this. Walking on the treadmill is really good exercise too.

    Underactive Thyroid and weightloss

    I have an underactive thyroid and always struggle to lose weight. The reality is that most of us have a low metabolism - and even though we take thyroxin - it is still a struggle. I have always gained weight REALLY easily and fought to lose weight. It isn't fun!

    believe me - if I can do it - you definitely can! It is normally REALLY difficult for me to lose weight.....so am sure you will do fantastically well! I'm so amazed that I can get in jeans I haven't worn in 3 years after only 3 weeks - it's fab!

    welcome! and stick with it! I found the first week HORRIBLE - felt so ill and tired....but it gets much much easier and the weight loss is really rapid compared to any other diet - so it is worth it not eating the Easter eggs or drinking the wine!! Hope your WI motivates you!
