Hi, I am just going to be starting out using Alli the slightly less potent version of xenical. I am following weight watchers just now, but I am very aware of the need to avoid high fat foods. I like to have a packet of crisps with my tea at 11, I was just wondering if anyone knows if low...

    Breasts!

Hi there, I really wouldn't trust what the people in marks and spencer say. I went there to get measured and they told me I was a 38 G. I bought a bra but never really felt like it fitted. So went to a local shop where the lovely lady there took one look laughed and told me I was more like...

Evening everyone, I have just ordered a months supply of Alli, the new over the counter version of Xenical (orlistat). I am just wondering if anyone has tried using either alli or xenical with the WW plan??? I know that if you eat too much fat there can be some rather nasty side effects.

hmmmm, not sure i think what you are doing is fairly sensible reintroducing carbs slowly. I think that if you stick with the weight watchers plan, you may see an increase in your weight for a couple of weeks but your body will soon get used to it and you will be back on track in no time!!!

    Slendertone anyone?

I agree with the above post, they do tone your abs but if you can't see the abs for the fat then you won't see the difference. I have however heard that it does help prevent saggy skin as you lose weight.
