    1cm out on fundal measurement? they usually don't get concerned until 3-4cm out.. also my friend had to have scans all the time with her first, saying he was a monster baby, he was born weighing 7lb - so don't stress too much, the measurements can be massively inaccurate!

    i use semi skimmed milk.. but my breakfast with crunchy nut only comes to 7g. i find it really hard tallying my fat intake up with correct calories.. good luck!
