    I just did a body conditioning class, OMG i was so hard, my legs are going to kill tomorrow. I feel like jelly all over lol. Just had ryvita, philly and ham for lunch, oh and a banana.

    4 LBS is a great start. I also lost 4 lbs in my first week and it was a great feeling. I get weighed again tonight, I'm keeping my fingers crossed for 2lbs. Keep doing what your doing, its obviously working!

    I got weighed last night and i have stayed the same this week. We just got back from a long weekend staying with family in france and my nan really spoiled us with lovely meals and delicious puddings. So i think i'm lucky to not have gained anything! Roll on next week.
