    I've got one, haven't used it in a while. I used to use it everyday and loved it. It was really good after a run, or any exercise, I found that if I did my stretches on it I didn't ache at all. Humm, I think I'm going to drag it out of its hiding place again and use it again.

    Good luck with the low calorie high protein diet. I get the feeling that you are interested in the muscle building side of fitness, which you obviously can't do on the vlcd. But you can always give it another week and then switch, cos the more weight you loose, the more muscle you see :D

    I've just finished my first week and my worst days were the second and third day, I was tired and had a headache. On day four I was full of energy and still am. So you should be okay apart from a couple of days. Hope this helps.

    The shakes and soups have 141.7 calories per pack and the flapjacks have 191. If you have three shakes/soups you have 425.1 calories a day, if you have a flapjack than the calories are a bit higher. (That's from the bag.)

    It also depends on how much glycogen, and therefore water, they were carrying. If they had more glycogen than you, they would loose more, but most of it would of been water loss.
