    I don't like my tap water either but I buy a 2l bottle of water with my shop then when I've drank that I fill the bottle with tap water and put it in fridge every night its much better and its there ready for you every morning.

    30 day shred workout

    I'm on day 7 so far lost 2 cm of each arm and 5 cm of my waist. I'm counting calories also. Glad I measured because the scale hasn't budged :( but I feel great and can't wait till Monday and the beginning of stage 2.
