    of course you can go into maintence early...you will still loose weight on the lower steps too!! you should focus on refeeding as the results will last! once your bmi is 25 you go up to 810...which is what i can gather is the reccomended time to move up anyway! x x x

    great things...ive started today and i LOVE to run...my cdc has suggested i dont run for weeks but i see your doing it on ss, i can easily run 8-10 miles so do you think i could keep running? when would be best to start up again if a break is needed? keep going!! hope i can!! :D

    you will be fine, you just really need ot concentrate on these area's! i am concerened too, ive just started and im going to buy cocoa butter tonight!!...you should focus on doing press ups stood up against a wall! try and do 150 a day..you could do 10 every hour or so, the results would soon...
