    I cut mine into wedges and roasted them, hoping for some nice wedges. However, mine shrunk loads!!!! I'm not sure why?? They still tasted nice though. Any tips to how you cook them and why mine shrunk to a quarter of the size :)

    thanks shanny i really hope i have a loss. lilminx zumba is an aerobics/dance class - it makes exercise fun - believe it or not :) It's gr8 - we do dances to all the songs in the chart. It gets you sweating so it works. you should find a class near u and try it - its fab xx

    ive started off with a slow weight loss compared to others too. i lost 2.5 first week and 1.5 second week but i'm happy with that...as long as it stays consistent. when i was on SW, i was losing 3-6 pound per week but when it stopped the weight flew back on me. Good Luck Everyone!! xx

    Hey if you go onto the WW website, they have an activity calculator. You type in your weight, length of activity, and whether it is "Light, Moderate or High" intensity level. then it will calculate the points for you. x

    yeh totally as frozen/fresh fruit is free - not tinned fruit as they are usually in syrup etc, muller yogurts are free and ice cubes are free, you can leave the canderel/sugar thats optional - i dont use it. x

    i go to a fat burners class and yes there is alot of jumping around and sweating lol. the only thing i will say is wear light clothing - lycra bottoms if possible because they are easier to move around it. WATER WATER WATER! lol and a cloth for the sweat. Good Luck! x
