    Start all over again!!!!!!!

    Same here. Fallen off the wagon and it really sucks. I will start all over after Valentine Day, 'cause I am making a cake. Hang in there. My strategy includes: 1. Measuring out daily food ration. 2. Keep a daily food journal and predict daily events when will power will be tested.

    Hi, Sorry for asking some really basic thing. Is there a reason to choose between 5 or 15 syns? Is it best to have at least 5 syns? Or can I save up the syns for 1 week to have a big treat?:confused:
