    I lost 4 stone using almost alk my syns on chocolate and sweet stuff. This week by sticking to a maximum of one chocolate finger a day if im really craving chocolate I have to say I feel a lot more healthy and lively :) This is definately the way im going to continue my weight loss journey!

    Smothered chicken with jacket potato instead of chips is another of my favourites. The bbq sauce comes in a pot on the side so you can use at your own will. These are my fav choices for my breaks :) There is also a selection of jacket potatos during weekdays if you were wanting something lighter x

    Is that a brewers fayre or table table menu? I work there amd would recommend asking for dressing in a jug as often they drench it. The chicken and bacon is cooked without oil. From this i have ate the salad without the dressing and classed it as free. The mayonnaise is reduced fat in ours too...

    Breakfast ideas

    Ooo porridge and chocolate spread havn't had that for ages! Will have to go buy some on Thursday. I'm not a morning person but always try to have at least fruit/yogurt for breakfast often topped with weetabix crunchy bran to make it a bit more filling. Magic porridge is nice and easy too
