    4/1/2016 - 10.12lbs. First DD completed - 482 calories 5/1/2016 - 10.9lbs 15/12016 - 10.7 lbs. Really pleased with the results on the scales today. I've decided to stop weighing everyday as it was driving me mad seeing the scale going up and down. Today is the day after a UD so very pleased.

    Well I have bitten the bullet and went to weigh in. I only put two pounds on since the holiday so although it's a gain it's nowhere near as bad as I thought. My weight is now 10 st. 6. So now I can start afresh and get to my goal weight of 10 stones exactly for my birthday.
