    Why did you choose Atkins????

    I chose it beacuse it worked for me in the past but also - It's a diet I understand where I am not often hungry (un-heard of on any other diet) and if I am hungry loads of things I can eat. Lots of things I can eat and enjoy

    It's funny you all mentioned that - I had been thinking about that myself. I too have promised myself a full Christmas Dinner with Pudding and have a couple of meals out (which I am going to try and pick as atkin friendly as possible)

    I am still getting grips with all that. I bought my Peppers in a packet as it has the nutritional breakdown on it which I used to then calculate how many carbs based on weight.
